TeenageTells- Characters

Who are your characters at their core? How do you make them ‘human’?

Imperfections. This is the one of the few things AI can’t replicate, which truly shows a person. Otherwise, your character is just a placeholder for events.

I’ve started creating a way to develop a character, and I’d like YOU to complete it with your own ideas. It can just be one character for now. But if it’s multiple, look for how characters can complete each other through opposites or align through similarities. Or alternatively clash because of these same reasons.

This week, look to think of ideas for your characters because they are what makes your story worth reading. See you next time!
